Email jojo59787231@gmail.com. Include your iOS version, app version and a short description of the problem. Screenshots are helpful if you remove private writing and personal details first. Do not send passwords or payment card details.
Start writing
Use Journal to record your day, or write a letter to your future self from the post office. You can write several entries on one day and revisit earlier dates. Select a weather scene to reflect your mood; Weather Post does not provide forecasts.
When will my letter arrive?
A future letter unlocks inside the app on its chosen date according to device time. Open the app to read it. Letters are not sent by email, SMS or background push notification.
iCloud sync
Plus includes iCloud sync. Sign in to the same Apple Account on your devices, enable iCloud Drive in iOS Settings, then enable sync in Weather Post. Check network connectivity, available iCloud space and subscription status if changes do not appear. Allow sync to finish before removing the app. Deleting synced content can delete it on other devices too.
Purchase, restore or cancel Plus
Open the profile tab and Weather Post Plus to see the local yearly price and purchase. Use Restore purchases with the Apple Account used for purchase. To cancel or manage renewal, open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and Weather Post Plus. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Keep a copy of your writing
Use the app’s Share action to save a copy to a destination you choose. Uninstalling removes local app data. Check that iCloud sync has completed or keep a separate copy before uninstalling.
Language and motion
Open the profile tab to choose Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese or Korean, or follow the system language. Your own writing and custom city names are not translated. Animations can be switched off; the app also respects Reduce Motion and Low Power Mode.
